Worst management and room service. I booked room here but they forgot my booking and gave one small room in -3rd floor where we don't have wifi and phone network not even able to sleep because of noisy fan. We stayed three member and gave one towel, one small soap. No shampoo, extra towel, soaps, paste provided. Hot water on timing, morning 7 to 9 o clock, it's 2pm when we checked in and no hot water to refresh. Totally disappointed and not worthy.

Very poorly maintained rooms ane pathetic service. First of all, they lied to us about having parking space but once we reached, there was no parking available for our car. No hot water until we ask someone to switch on the same, when they have clearly mentioned that hot water is available from 6.30 in the morning. They did not have fresh towels for us, neither there was housekeeping staff to clean the rooms. We had to ask multiple times for even a bottle of water. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED.

Highly under rated service in comparison to room charges even after paying upto 7k for a night. The toilet seat cover was blackish and spoiled. Even after highlighting staff did not pay any heed to the concern. No flow of continuous hot water. Staff was not able to arrange extra towels though had booked room for family. Wi-Fi was not available. Breakfast was not at all good. Highly disappointed though have paid so high for the stay. Even the budget hotel provides excellent service in Munnar. My recommendation is not to book such lousy hotel. You can get excellent 3 star to 4 star hotels in the same rates

Stayed here for a night,The experience was pleasant. They offer good service and have polite staff. The front side of the hotel has limited parking space, hence the car has to be parked on the narrow roadside.This is a challenge during peak seasons. The hotel has a beautiful green hill on its back side. Overall the hotel is comfortable and affordable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
