Take this hotel only if price is below 2000 rupees. In summer season, take only for less than 1500 rupees. Rooms are mediocre but clean. Bathroom is clean, but you won't get any paste or soap. Also the hot water tap is tricky. I took 5 mins to figure out how it works. Its per day rent is less compared to other hotels around. Giving three stars because of that.

Worst experience. Booked room for 4 people, but gave 3 beds only, told to pay extra. Rude and arrogant manager, no sense of hospitality. Payment also asked by cash, no UPI, had to go to ATM in town to pay. Rooms are costly even in season as amenities are nothing.

This location and hotel is very suitable for those going there for the first time. Everything is nearby. 1. The hotel is clean and comfortable. 2. Location is near Munnar bus stop walking distance. 3. The view from the Balcony is very nice. 4. Affordable price.

Rooms and bedding are not really clean. Comforter and bedsheets had stains on it. They don't even provide soap,shampoo and handwash which are basic things supposed to be provided by hotel. Despite informing them to keep our breakfast ready at 8:30 they failed to do so. The boy who was getting breakfast was very rude. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very wondrous view getting in this hotel and also the facilities are also well and breakfast,lunch,dinner all the things are very nice if anyone having their vacations and coming to Kerala so I recommend them to come to this hotel I think this is best hotel also getting much better friends their. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
