I always prefer to start with positive notes but unfortunately this time I can’t. The adjacent room and multiple rooms are under renovation with dust, noise and gives u feeling of staying in a under construction apartment. Look at attached videos to get real feel. No room service, no water bottle. All this after paying ₹10K per night. When u complain they don’t have any resolution. Also they try to play game. Like in my case they said they can relocate me to another property near by after nominal price difference (despite all inconvenience), and when I said I m okay with difference they were like sorry sir rooms are full. Actually multiple properties/ operators are located in same building and quality and facility varies. Weird thing all use same photo and won’t tell you about this. Beware of these fraudsters and select reputed, brander property where at least you have a grievance and escalation matrix. Whatz good? The restaurant especially the one at ground floor. Room: 1/5 Quality: 1/5 Service: 0.5/5 Value for money: 0.5/5 Food at room: 1/5 (u have to order from menu of an outside property restaurant) Ground floor Restaurant: 4.7/5 (Only positive thing I can say)

Amazing ambience and the property. It’s surrounded by the hills and the views are indeed breath taking. The service apartments are fully functional and extremely comfortable. The staff is very courteous & polite and will make your stay easy and hassle free. The views from the balcony are so refreshing that you can spend hours sitting there. Aloha by the Ganges is a very beautiful place to spend a relaxing holiday or choose it as your work-cation place :) highly recommended and a must must visit

Loved the rooms and the scenic beauty of the placement of Aloha luxury apartments. Amenities were also great and so were the buffet food. The only drawback in the Buffett were except for the breakfast menu the lunch & dinner menu never had a solid choice of starters in it. This was a major disappointment but the taste & overall spread were good. So, i enjoyed my stay in Aloha hotel room and i can definitely recommend this to anyone who can afford this

I booked apartment for three people and they send mail for confirmation but they committed one and they gives us different..very bad experience I trust them but Mr.vinod gives us regular appartment room we booked for deluxe room with two bathrooms but they not provide same.be aware about booking Dr.mrunalini from maharastra

Amazing view from the 2BHK Apartment. Very Spacious rooms. Service was nice except the refilling of toileteries. They allow outside food and get it delivered at your rooms. Its located very close to river shore where the rafting ends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
