So the hotel is overall very good for short stay but not for long stay. Initially I had a very bitter experience with the room I was given but after complaining I was given a good room. Apart from that the hotel is in a very prime location. The services should really be stepped up as there were issues with improper housekeeping, water bottles and the people or hotel staff felt intrusive. The restaurant food quality is very good. But lack of proper ventilation and sunlight feels shabby sometimes. Overall rating 3/5.

Staffs are very unfriendly & non-professional. The room service & housekeeping people are so rude that, they misbehave with guests over very minor & silly matters and if you complain against them to any of the hotel mgmt people, they simply support their staff and not care for the guest's interest. I have never ever seen such an unfriendly & third grade hotel in my life. This hotel has an unique trade mark & for them the guests are DOGS, so the staff want to feed them the rejected foods as they feed the street dogs. The incident occurred today to me too. They just supplied some foods of their own joice agaist my order of some specific menu. Upon my complaint, they simply take it out from my room without any replacement option and after that they didn't respond to my plight which forced me to sleep without food throughout the night.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location near to consulate office's. I visited here for my visit to German Consulate which was just 700mts. The hotel staff is very helpful and always there to help. There are lot of options in Swiggy and Zomato and the hotel also delivers the food to your room with plates and cutlery which for me personally was a great thing. I had a good stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
