very poor worst experience. Worst experience of my life it's not a 3* rating hotel. it should be 0*. i stayed on 24 Jan 2024 :-03 rooms. rooms were dirty and unhygienic. no water bottle, toiletries towel given. bed were unclean wash rooms were unclean. all fittings , electric boards were broken or not working properly. staff were unprofessional and rude. after entering hotel u can feel unhygienic environment even reception area was unclean rooms and washroom are very small. no scope of extra bed. MMT should not sell this property as 3* . it's budget hotel. totally waste of money. plz do not book this hotel u will regret

Don't judge by looking at the photos and building outlook. Linens were not changed, Washroom was so tiny, stinky and at a pathetic condition. Most of the lights in the room was not working. Even the corridor looked like a godown, So shady & dirty everywhere. A cheap lodge will be better than this hotel. Only better thing in this hotel is the food and car parking space. Completely not recommended for family traveller.

Please do not get fooled by the photos. Bathroom walls and fittings are not cleaned for years. Bedroom was stinking with some chemical spray. Very untidy place and i do not recommend this place. Location is fine.

Worst experience ever. Not expected this. I have booked premium room with breakfast. Room is not even standard. And as we did check in at 9.30pm...they hotel restaurant people denied for any food. Room was stinking like toilets...no towels , nepkins, toiletries provided. AC not working...and fan works with high frequency only... means regulator of fan not working... I suggest...even if it's last day of your life.. Don't Book Room in This M3 boutique hotel madurai. Don't waste your money.

Not worthy! The rooms are very small and not at all spacious. Bathrooms are even tinier. This experience was not good. They call a pretty basic room 'business premium' Restaurant looks shady but atleast they offer decent food. Otherwise, this was a really bad place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
