Excellent New Holiday Spot. Well maintained lush green property with space for recreational activities. Clean, Hygienic, Big n Beautiful Cottages. Professional, Attentive, Helpful and Courteous Staff. Hot n fresh tasty meals. The highlight for us was the pet friendly environment which made our stay even more special... Had the best Safari experience. They arranged excellent n experienced Safari drivers. Safari gypsy driving on rocks n hills and also through the offloading tracks taken into deep jungle was the most adventurous n thrilling experience beyond imagination. Thank You Maa Ashapura Team for Amazing Experience❤️

I recently stayed at Maa Ashapura Farm Stay and had a wonderful time. The resort is located in a beautiful setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. Maa Ashapura Farm Stay has swimming pool garden playing area games outdoor game. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Maa Ashapura Farm Stay to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Location: Laid back and tucked away from the hustle of main road traffic. The road is unpaved, but our driver brought us carefully. Amazing view of the hills at sunrise. Lovely sounds of birds in the place. Rooms: Very spacious and neat. We stayed in a cottage. It was clean and smelt good. Service: Very personalized and they take care of many of our small needs. Food was prepared fresh and the chef even asked us what we would like to eat and made according to our liking. Courteous and caring staff. Special attractions: A stable with some horses and two lovely dogs. This place is a must visit for those who don't want a commercially influenced holiday.

Beautiful farm, ample open spaces, thoughtful hospitality and warm staff. The owner and his family personally invest their time and efforts in making sure the guests are comfortable and enjoy their time here. We went here to bring in the New Year and loved the personal touch, low key thoughtful folk program arrangement on the 31st evening. They were a bit thinly staffed and the team was busy in 31st evening's arrangements, certain things were delayed (no room cleaning done) but no lack of intention in making sure everyone's needs are taken care of. Overall, must visit if one is looking for organic , sustainable farm stay option.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful farm stay in Ranthambore - Maa Ashapura farm stay and I cannot praise it enough for its exceptional qualities. Firstly, the location was nothing short of excellent. Tucked away in the heart of Ranthambore, the farm stay offered a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility to the wildlife sanctuary. The culinary experience was a highlight of our stay. The food surpassed all expectations and was beyond amazing. The fresh produce from the farm was used for making delicious, fresh food. What made it even more special was the chef's attention to our specific needs, ensuring a personalized and memorable dining experience. The accommodations were equally impressive. The rooms were not only large and spacious but also very clean. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep of the rooms contributed to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The peace and quiet that enveloped the farm stay were truly remarkable. It provided a serene backdrop to our entire stay, allowing us to unwind and connect with nature. The service at the farm stay was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. One unique feature that sets this farm stay apart is the owner's passion for horses. Although we couldn't partake in the horse safaris during this visit, we were intrigued by the option and have already made plans to indulge in this adventure on our next trip. As if this wasn't enough, they arranged a beautiful poolside dinner to celebrate my birthday. The attention to detail in organizing this special occasion was heartwarming and added a personal touch to our stay. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
