Mind blowing, Cool & Enjoyable Stay I had a truly wonderful 3 days stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. The hotel's services were good, and the staff's attention to detail was excellent. The food will be serving by them from their own nearby resort because they don’t have any kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

A good accommodation to Stay with family in a quiet location. It was a wonderful stay in Madhumanthra. Room and facilities are good in this budget. Breakfast is very nice. it is in a convenient location and it has a clean and spacious room. Moreover, the staff are always a helpful and immediate response. You can relax and enjoy the climate within the hotel. In the morning you will wake up by the sound of birds chirping and rooster crowing.

Superb Hotel... The Hotel was really great which made our Experience Awesome. The Location of the Hotel is great. The Room were Nice Clean & Clean. The Service was also great and the Staff was Polite. The Food at Restaurant was really good. The View behind the Hotel was Awesome and had great Exterior surroundings and Environment in a private cardamom plantation. The Bon Fire in the Evening was the best. Overall a really Great Hotel.

We booked two rooms and stayed from 01st and 2nd October. Positive points: 1.The room was good and spacious 2. Resort located in the middle of cardamom plant and it's gives very good experience Negative Points: 1.The road to reach report is really a challenging task .The road is vers sharp curve downs. One experienced driver can manage. 2. No welcome drink provided as they promised 3. Asked Rs.1500 for extra bed and after longer bargain it was reduced to Rs.1000. But the bed provided was very old and tidy one 4. No restaurant facility at the resort. Need to wait min 30 min for Tea/Coffee and min 1 hour for food 5. Second day the hot water was started coming at 7:30 only due to that our check out was delayed 6. Before booking they agreed to give hair driver but they denied to give when we were at the resort 7. Very limited items served in complimentary breakfast. Juice was kept in used 1 lit water bottle which looks very bad to have it Overall it's below average resort not worth to stay

It's not a 3 star hotel as mentioned in google it's a homestay with rooms alllot to peoples who check in and too located at remote location you have to stay at your own risk at night and no service will be there. Morning they will not provide tea or coffee and there was no restaurant in this stay for dinner if you order it will take min 2 hours they have to get it from their nearest hotel and food was also not nice. Moreover please don't waste your valuable money by staying here it was just 1 star homestay even that one star given for the room only.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
