        Overall, a good place to stay with a few minor hiccups, like if you're ordering food in your room, it takes a lot of time but the service is fine in the restaurant with good food. Other than that the hot water might come as an issue but they resolved it after my complain. Overall quality of the hotel is decent, being one of the best you could find for a 3 star hotel in my experience.

        Pathetic service. At time of check in itself we have to face the ire of the girl at reception , Ms Shazia. She is very unprofessional and just try to impose on guests what she wants, and not ready to consider what guest is saying. When we asked her to let us speak to the manager or her senior, she told that she is the highest authority at the HOtel and we have to talk to her only. Though later with intervention of our tour operator ( and some senior manager who came later) , we could get rooms as we needed in half an hour, though she had point blank refused to give the rooms as we needed. Even later we kept facing service issues from housekeeping and room service , not sure if they were told to do so, or even these teams are not very efficient. Very very bad experience.

        The service was very good and our stay was so relaxing 👌.Best buffet I have ever eaten. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any of our requests. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable😌. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained ✨. The Bestest place to stay in dwarka 👏🤩.

        Good place to stay 2 km before Dwarka town on the highway. Good food and service. They have rooms for couples and bigger family groups. In house restaurant for food and if you don't want to eat here, there are adjacent other restaurants and eateries. 24hrs running hot water, much needed for a shower or bath after a tiring long day drive around the pilgrimage. Recommended for all family excursions.

        I had a very bad experience staying at Madhuvan suites. Especially the front desk person Shazia. She was very rude and lacked basic communication skills. She did not have the decent courtesy to speak with a client. To top it all, we were very disappointed with the customer service there. The only good thing there was the restaurant right beside the hotel, just walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed a very good meal there.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
