I booked this place for 3 nights and paid in advance but had to leave after 1st night. Horrible experience. Cramped room, no ventilation, super hot, non-working AC, bad rooftop restaurant food, and the worst thing was the sewage smell! When I asked the owner if he can turn on the AC, he said he'll go and look for the remote. After an hour when he didn't come back, I went to check at the reception and he was playing video games on his phone. Then he decided to find the remote and turned on the AC, which wasn't in great condition. Next morning when I woke up, he had already turned off the AC from downstairs. It was boiling in there in the month of Feb, and the sewage smell and dirty washroom made my stay even worse. I decided to take my family somewhere better. When I told the owner I am leaving, he had no remorse and he seemed happy as he could rent out this room again. I did not get any refund and lost more than 8000 INR. My experience of Agra was very bad because of this hotel. Maybe madpackers is better at other places but please DO NOT book here in Agra as the staff is incompetent and the food upstairs is TERRIBLE and expensive. The only good person I met was the kid at the restaurant who seemed very positive and was very nice.

Literally the worst hostel I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at a number of hostels around India including Madpackers in other cities/towns. The staff is terrible, unprofessional. The rooms are very badly maintained - there's always a lot of noise from the staff themselves. The terrace is disgusting, common room is dingy and literally no one steps in there. PICTURES ARE DECEPTIVE. The cafe doesn't work. Hot water is mostly absent. Linen is DIRTY AND SMELLY. They'll rip you off at the first chance. I don't know why the reviews are good. Terrible, terrible experience.

There is no privacy. The curtains for each bunk bed were missing. The bathroom in the room was passable. Not particularly clean. Water clogging. There was no hot water for bath although it had been included in the services. All in all, found it quite expensive considering all the facilities that were provided.

Everything about the my stay here was exhilarating. The hostel has so many aesthetic places and the rooms were excellent as well. The best thing was the staff, they are amazing people altogether, extremely friendly yet professional. I had some speculations about the quality of food but it was beyond expectations and much better than other places that I've tried in Agra. Madpackers hostel good to stay here is at a walking distance and everything was easily accessible. There is also Good Thing About the Staff His name is --Dipesh.. bro..and Shekhar Dude Those Guy's is So Much Cool and they are Very helpful 🙂 Thank you ☺️

8 bed dorms are worth the price they were neat and clean, common area is the cherry on top. The hostel has a great ambience. The staff were all kind, helpful and hardworking. Special thanks to Deepesh sir for being a wonderful host.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
