Its a service apartment style rooms. Main attraction is the location of the hotel. Facilities provided are normal. Parking is also good. Staff especially security guards are very helpful. Drawbacks - Beds are not firm which can be problematic for back pain, shoulder and neck. Water - Only 1 bottle is provided as complimentry irrespective of number of days stayed, anything extra is charged. And there is no provision to fill water in your personal bottles. Service - Inside service is little late. Again we asked for water at night 9 pm and was not provided till next day when we escalated with janitor and then were informed about all the above water things.

Pathetic experience with this hotel. Staff is very uncooperative. Rooms are dirty. I had a guest over who wanted to help me with packing my bags as I was in a rush to catch my flight. They did not allow him to come in the room for 10 minutes. The receptionist asked for extra charge for the guest.

So in your room, they would place biscuits and chips and tea and coffee and opposite to your belief, they are not complementary. Anything that you consume, will be charged at the time of checkout and that too way higher than MRP. (They won't tell u this during check in)I really think this practice spoils the experience of the customer. As in all other hotels these things are complimentary. This incident at the checkout really spoiled the experience

This is nightmare. God knows why did I booked this. Horrible experience. Un-copretive staff. I was with 6 month old baby. They didn't bother to provide even boil water. Took 45mins to deliver cold milk(i ordered hot). I would have nightmares about this stay. Please close hospitality service. Staff is the worst.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
