        The hotel is in a good location and connected very well. The staff were responsive. Smooth checkin and checkout. What didn't like: 1. Someone smoked in the bathroom of an apartment when we checked-in. Some other guests also complained about it at reception. 2. The door of the washroom makes noise. 3. The flap of the toilet seat was broken.

        We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel.... Their service was quite good. They will provide some food like chips and all for which they will charge money later.... You will feel that it was complementary but it isn't. If you are drinking coffee and it fell down than they will charge you 1500 and will say..."blanket hmne use krne ko diya tha damage krne ko nahi diya tha".... Beware... And ask everything before checkin.

        I have to say that being regular to this hotel with my friends for so many years, now the service has deteriorated to an unacceptable level. Spider webs in the Washroom. Faucet Spray Not Working. No Toiletries given. Gave Single bed For King size booking. Bed Cover Stinking. Bad Front Desk Behavior - Ashish.

        Unexpectedly this property spoiled our family hotel stay experience. Right from the hotel manager and receptionist and room service staff lacks guest friendly attitude. They are all either under trained or unfit to provide quality service. Especially the manager and receptionists are very rude in their behaviour. Let me share one incident that happened with us. We ordered lunch and room service staff took the order and told us to wait for 30 minutes. After 1 hour was gone I called up to inquire about our food since it wasn't delivered amd no information was given to us. So, room service staff told us that food can not be prepared so, look for other options. How often does it happen that a restaurant takes the order and forget about it? On escalating this issue with the manager, he had no solution and no sorry attitude towards how seriously bad experience we had to suffer. Coming to the room situation that we were given, Bathroom shower was all disarrayed in dispersing out water. There was no tap in the bathroom. In my life I have never seen a hotel bathroom without a tap. How can someone use a bathroom without a tap? The bathroom door latch was not working and the door would open automatically. How embarassing it is when you are staying with your family having kids and the bathroom door can not be locked. Breakfast food was tasteless, chutney and sambhar had no salt in it. Service was very slow.

        Pathetic experience. Booked room thru online. When extended the room for two more days, did not honour the rate. No tap in the bathroom. Mattress for the third person was in a bad state. Not staying here again.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
