Room service is very poor, staff behavior is not good, chair in the room is broken, towel, bath slipper, bathroom kit is not kept, one has to call the reception again and again to order it.There is a need to improve the quality of food. Most of all there is a need to improve the way the staff talk. It is very important for the staff to be educated and the staff is less, overall we are not satisfied.

The hotel is extremely poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general staff.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...there staff are worst quality and also manager is so illiterate. Staff behaviour is so so worst they don't how to talk with guest. I don't prefer to go Mahabodhi hotel resort I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Consider me , dont go Mahabodhi Hotel,Resort And Convention Centre

Not satisfied with the services.Most of the door locks are not working properly. You have to call someone from reception everytime you need open/ close room door. Leakage from roof in suite room'bath room. Seepage in almost all room walls that stink. Bathroom locks are not working for most of the rooms.
