I am a frequent traveller and stayed at different location of Sarovar Portico as it's 4 star property and quality was upto the mark since I stayed at Navi Mumbai branch. I booked a suite for triple occupancy. Extra sofa cum bed was not upto the mark. Mattress had stain marks, bedsheets were torn. In washroom, washbasin was broken (in both washroom). Water problem in washrooms, sometimes no water in hand flush, sometime not in flush tank. It's not expected from 4* property like Sarovar Portico. I stayed with my family with 3 members and I had to struggle to get drinking water for more than 2 bottles. Best part... on checkout, they blamed me that one of water bottle is missing from room although they had placed jugs with RO water instead of water bottle. Really pathetic experience with this Navi Mumbai Sarovar Portico branch. Will never recommend to stay at this property.

The suite at the hotel is spacious and amply fitted. The staff are friendly and courteous. The house keeping staff that attended to us, Pranit and Rupendra, were very friendly and helpful and always willing to assist and made our stay comfortable. The service was excellent.

Great staff. I was early and called ahead and they made sure a room was available. Also got a good surprise upgrade to a suite which had good view of the trees. Had buffet dinner (great spread) and morning breakfast too. Quick checkout process. Overall good stay!

Service is great, staff was very cooperative and polite, i think rooms need some refurbishment, as they were looking little old or not up to the mark of a 3 star hotel, rest everything was at par my expectations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
