We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Malayalam Resorts. The location provides a calm and tranquil escape from the town, and the view of the river is stunning. We actually changed our plans so I could spend more time watching the boats pass from the comfort of the porch. Staff are wonderfully friendly and really made out stay excellent. They have access to boat hire which is convenient, and their connection with 2 local restaurants mean you can order food and eat your meal from the calm peace of the resort. A short Tuktuk will take you in to town, and this was never a issue. We hope to come back again in the future ❤️

I felt like a princess here haha. The stay was beautiful with an amazing view of the houseboats. The food delivered was amazing. We also got massages and boats to pick us up at the property- the hosts are well connected in the region and very responsive and helpful. The road leading to the resort is under maintained and can be better. The washroom needs better ventilation. But apart from that- everything about the place was beautiful

Lovely place to relax after a hectic day on the roads in India. The management are so nice with you and help you to make your stay best possible. The place has a wonderful setting and it's very peaceful to sit and watch the house boats passing by...🙏🙏

I had a great time at this property. It offers peace and seclusion from the main touristy area. The host is a nice guy and helps you with all the activities you want to do. The cleanliness of the property can be a little better. The view is great you can see houseboats passing by all day.

Would definitely recommend staying at Malayalam Lake Resort! The waterfront rooms are peaceful and we spent much of our stay enjoying the view. Jeswin was so kind and helpful- recommending nearby walks, arranging meals and even helped us arrange a houseboat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
