The rooms were clean. The caretaker was also friendly. There were timings for the pool however we were allowed some more time as courtesy. The pool was average. The breakfast and tea were nice however you must order it in advance. The people were very nice and provided us with as much convenience as possible. We were a group of 14 people out of which 2 were kids and 2 were infants. This was a 6 room villa which we rented as a whole. There was a kids playground as well. One major thing, if you want to rent it for such a big group, don't go to the sites as they would add their taxes instead just Google the name and the number of the owner of this villa will appear so you can contact him directly.

This villa is located around 20 mins from Kashid beach. Rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. However not as clean as expected. TV in our room was not working and not even dusted in months it seemed. Linen was dirty. Lights go out very frequently and used to drip down every time we switched on the geyser. Once the fans and lights went off at night 3.30 and I had to walk down to caretaker’s room to get it corrected. Breakfast was decent and in good quantity. However we ordered dinner from nearby restaurant. Were disappointed to know that they don’t have decent plates. Offered us very old steel plates, all wet and when asked for tissue papers to clean them, caretaker’s wife refused. They didn’t even have forks. Property is nice but they really need to up their kitchen and cleanliness levels.

After the disappointment from Saffron Stays, we ended up booking Malhar Villa. This place is at Kashid. Located close to supermarket, medicals, etc. The place is luxurious with all six large bedrooms, great landscape and small plunge pool and beautiful gazebo. Nitesh Caretaker and his family is so caring and considerate that we just felt like we are at our own house. The food was so delicious, hygienic and healthy and good quality. We loved this place and we very much recommend to experience this holiday. It's ideal for the group of 12 people.

Must say, it is a beautiful and well maintained villa. There are four spacious rooms on the ground floor and two rooms are attached to the big hall on the first floor. We had booked the entire villa for a day's stay. Everything is perfect except for the upper rooms.....the single AC installed for the entire floor is not effective enough and we had to struggle for a cool sleep. The food quality and the hygiene is awesome throughout. The owner (Mr.Mahesh) and the care taker (Mr. Nitesh)are good and co- operative people to talk. Overall a good stay experience.
