Good place to stay. The staff is very helpful, rooms are decent and location is great. Might need some fixing here n there but overall if u wish to have a Palace stay at an affordable price, this is where u should be.

The hotel has an ecclectic feel of an ancient palace. We had a spacious room and it was neat and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient. The dinner offering is great and we enjoyed the mutton breyani. The breakfast was a little disappointing and could be improved on.

Luxurious rooms with excellent furnishings. The beds are very soft and comfortable. The lounges are also soft. Friendly and welcoming staff and very nice food. The wifi is weak-to-non existent. It drops in and out in the rooms. You have to leave your room door open to connect. Even when you are able to connect to their wifi they often don't have internet.

Overall rating- 3.5 Pros- 1. Heritage property, at the end of old Jaipur city. So, you can visit sightseeing in old Jaipur which is 15-30 mins (depending on the traffic ) by car/auto. 5-7 mins walk to metro station. 2. Cordial staff - restaurant guys, front desk guy Kundan, housekeeping uncle. 3. Book by calling them to get best rates. I generally book online. 4. Rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. Big bathroom and some rooms have bathtubs as well. 5. Swimming pool was clean. But there was no railing or stairs for support. Cons- 1. Rooms need Maintenance. They have 12 inch mattress which was very fluffy and we had trouble sleeping. Phone was not working which gave us big time trouble for our 2 night stay. 2. Property is nice and more justice could be done. There is a fountain which is not running. The entry gate could be done much better. Some folk dance happened on Saturday night, but we were not informed. 3. Breakfast spread could be improved. 4. One has to cross entire traffic to reach major sightseeing option. The ambience at hotel Mandava Haveli is calm and good. Old heritage style beautiful haveli. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.Rooms are with Antique furnitures and colourful old painting give the traditional rajasthani vibes. We enjoyed our stay with comfort and delicious eatery stuff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
