Amazing hotel with complimentary breakfast. Much discount for spot booking than online booking. Sea view is superb. Beach hardly 1 minute walk. Rest here in after noon and enjoy the morning and evening. Great stay.

It has been a great experience. I loved the view, its bit higher from the ground level and all u can see is sea and beach. Service is good, my air-conditioning broke down on day one of my stay and the guys put all the possible efforts to get it up and running. Food quality is good though it's bit at a higher price compared to other restaurants nearby. Menu options are also bit limited. But at the same time they provide free unlimited breakfast which has been yummy so far. My suggestion if you are considering this as your stay, go for it. I has great experience. Thank you for the great service.

Amazing View !! Excellent Hospitality It was amazing stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another day. Food is good with three four options. We stayed in 108 where AC was not effective so we requested room change and shifted to 111 where AC was much better. Very next to beach just ten steps down and you have the beach. If you are staying in 108 or 107 you will have a clear view of sea from your room. Shower is available once you are back from beach near dining area. You can also enjoy sunset view from your room.

One of the best beach resort in North Goa. Room number 108 and 110 have awesome views towards the beach. The ocean is visible from your bed. Just climb down few steps from the resort you will reach the sea shore. Sea lounges which belongs to the Maison resort is available there for you. You can spent the whole night there enjoying the sea breeze. The resort will serve food to the sea lounges but not liquor. You should take it with you on your own risk. The view from the restaurant is also awesome. Food served is also great. Especially the sea food. Breakfast is complimentary but don't expect too much. Simple breakfast is severed. There are lot of restaurants and bars available near by for you to spend some time. All walkable distance. Few shacks are also available near the resort beach area.

One of the views in this part of Goa. Pros good location, excellent view, easy access to the beach. Cons no mini bar, water heater issues (subjective). The staff are very pleasant especially the guys at the cafe. Housekeeping staff awesome , room super clean and efficient. Always smiling.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
