        Service was awesome. They take care of guests really well. But the room is not as expected or as their pictures depict. On complaining, they offered me multiple options to make me happy. I was impressed by their concern on the guest. They need their laundry guy who cleans their bedding to be changed first. Then, change the room ambience as they advertise. May be they need customer controlled dehumidifier in the rooms at least.

        The food is good, their restaurant is very good. Chef Mr. Vincent Stanley is very caring about your choices and food preferences. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, and very close to the U.S. embassy. Area of improvement : Add small fridge to room. Get water softener water in wash basin are salty.

        The hotel was not managed properly, and the rooms were not ready by 3 pm as they were supposed to be ready for check-in at 12 pm. The bathrooms were very dirty, with dustbins left unemptied, and broken taps. While parking was free, the space was very limited, accommodating only about four cars. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It is cheap, but the management is careless and doesn't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction. They appear more interested in attracting guests with the exterior of the building rather than ensuring a pleasant stay.

        We came by 9:30am and they charged about 1500 Rs extra for early check in. Food was good but the cost in menu and bill had day and night difference, but the room they gave us was utter trash. Toilet door we where not able to close and at 10pm while we were about to sleep, at next door they were doing some nailing and stuffs really disappointed with the rooms but the receptionists and hotel staffs were so polite. Room: 3/5 Room cleanliness: 2/5 Bathroom: 0/5 Food: 4/5 Staff Experience: 5/5

        We visit this hotel today and order idli fish gravy which is good taste but I ordered Kozhil pothuchoru which not boiled properly chicken is raw and not proper response given by service person

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
