We had booked the room only for a night, but after coming here, we loved the location and the hospitality so much that we extended our holiday by 3 more days.. It was really a wonderful experience staying here.. The place is worth staying plus the staff is so humble and helpful. Specially Sathya, she is the best. I would definitely recommend this to all the ppl who loves to enjoy the peaceful stay with mesmerizing view of the nature around.. 😊

It's a 30year old property, well maintained one and we can't expect latest amenities in the rooms. Trouble with parking spaces. Free campfire, breakfast options are good. Helpful staff. Good have better menu options for Lunch n dinner instead of fixed and limited list.

It was an amazing stay for me and my family..! I booked a grand villa for 4 adults and 2 kids, the rooms were neatly maintained and clean.. It was recently renovated and it looks good.. it was more than my expectation. Cost-wise it is cheap when compared to other luxury resorts. Location of the resort is the Best, you will feel the chillness throughout your stay and it is just 2km from the town.. Service was amazing and the Food was good too.. Special thanks to Satya (@ Reception), who took good care of us and made sure everything goes well throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this property . We checked in quite late than the usual timing but the Front office staff Ms. Sathya is an absolute charm . We were a family of three and the room she suggested and accomodated us was really great . We haven’t made the reservation it was a walk in . We were lucky to receive a 2 bedroom cottage . And do not miss the breakfast buffet and the indoor gaming station . The staffs in the front office was actually amazing . Apart from Staff sathya there was another guy who was very much helping related to any necessity in the room . Don’t miss the courtyard . Grab a coffee and sit and enjoy at the courtyard.

Had a great stay in Mango Hill Kodai. Amazing views of the hills and good rooms. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff very accommodating of all of our needs. Pleasant stay. They could possibly provide some room slippers that would be very helpful as I went in November and the floors were very cold. But otherwise, fantastic stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
