Extraordinary stay The host was super friendly and extremely helpful and arranged everything from the minute we entered, we are group of 5 girls everyone felt comfortable with the stay , room is spacious and hygienic. Would recommend to each and every person looking for a budget and nice place to stay. If u need a car please ask the host he will gladly arrange for a nice spacious car along with added travel plan as well.

One of the dirtiest places I've been to, full of spider webs in the room and outside. With family - a strict no place. Shady lights, very cheap stuff. Latches not working, tap is broken. If you've luggage, this place is a nightmare. The road is so narrow that only one car can pass hardly and if you've to reverse, due to other car in front, pray to God.

I personally don’t like this place because of unhygienic conditions. The rooms had yellow lights only which feels weird and negative. It was off beat if you have more luggage. Owner and care taker was a good person and helpful. But it just outside beauty you will not get any proper window for ventilation

The place is so awesome actually our stay here made us feel so pleasant like as the weather over there. Staff is so polite here, when I have asked the person to provide early check-in he politely said that he can provide me for sure if there are no bookings done else he can let me accommodate in the staff room to get fresh until then. He helped us arranging the cab and when we had lost our belongings somewhere he helped with scooty. I can't thank him enough he is so kind. Regarding the stay undoubtedly it's a nice place to be for anyone. Be it a family, friends or couple. It's a destination that should be choosen happily.

Great budget stay in Vythiri. Close to Vythiri bus stand, walkable distance from Pookode Lake. Property manager was very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
