        Best place to have good quality time with relatives and friends. I must say that everything was perfect. Very clean hygienic and specious room. The Breakfast was marvellous. The staffs there are very respectful and amicable. Special appreciation for their manager Mr.Sahil Khawas, receptionist ms. Pratiksha, Bharat and ms. Sunita and the team for their warm hospitality and their lovely smiles. I'll surely recommend it to each of my friends n fam. Surely would love to come again.

        Photos are deceptive. I had booked looking at their website the rooms are not like the pictures. They are clean but overpriced for what they offer. Rooms face main road so one cannot open the curtains it feels like you are living on the main road. They play loud irritating music at odd hours in the hotel. Food is horrible. It is in mg marg hence location is good but hotels off mg road have much better facilities and view. Accessibility is not a problem in Gangtok.

        Excellent hotel with a fantastic hill view from the room! Loved my stay here. Great service, food, and rooms. Reasonably priced, clean, and satisfying. Wonderful amenities, including a coffee corner. Highly recommended!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
