In today’s competitive space of hotel stays seldom you find any hotel offering the best possible service. I can easily rate Mannars residency as one of them. As the name indicates (Mannars translates to kings in English) you are treated like a king in the hotel. The front office staff reached out to me well in advance on the date of arrival to ensure we don’t have to wait for our room. On arrival at the accommodation we were greeted with a smile by the front office manager. Our room was ready to occupy. We stayed in a double bed deluxe room with ac. Room is spacious enough to accommodate three ppl and the linens are neat and tidy. They have a restaurant adjacent to the accommodation from where we can order for room service. The food is decent enough with food offerings of both north and South Indian dishes. Almost all dishes we ordered tasted well. Special mention about the tea they offer it tastes really good. Thanks to the Mannars residency team for making our stay comfortable.

We booked two tripple rooms in last week for our two family with kids. I would say it was comfortable stay here. Rooms are big and room service was really quick. It's having pure veg restaurant attached and serving delicious veg food. Walkable distance from main market. Overall very good experience while staying here. All staff was Kind and Mr.Satish hosted us very well.

Located in center of city, good parking space nearby which is secured and under surveillance. Rooms are very small, more of budget category the bed is compact for two people with one small kid. Not worth 2500 per night. The same room was being offered the day before the check in at Rs.1,098 on makemytrip whereas booking a week advance they charge 2500. Bad pricing by the hotel. And definitely avoid the restaurant, service is slow. There are better options nearby.

Very good service, well-maintained rooms, the hotel is at a proper location that enables easy travel to different tourist attractions. The residency is also well-known among the locals so the commute becomes convenient. The stay is within budget as well. Would recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
