What a wonderful experience .The property is beautifully renovated and the room was large and tastefully decorated.Hotels of this quality are rare,as are such attentative staff. Thank you to all the beautiful staff who made our stay so special. John and Dave were just brilliant, thanks again and we will be back.

Beautiful property, an oasis in the hustle and bustle of a fast growing city. Staff is considerate and somewhat attentive. The property is spic n span; great pool including the private plunge pool. Food served is good. You won’t be disappointed

Lovely homey yet holiday vibe of this heritage property. The place has an open and warm vibe. We had Galliana - the room with a private (non-heated) jacuzzi and it was a fabulous private experience. The suites are massive, beautifully designed with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. Only minor drawback was that the fridge didn't work. Food was delicious and Chef John was very accomodating about dietary concerns. Pranesh, the concierge, has been superbly accomodating. He called proactively to plan with us and gave us sound advice, hooked up cabs and anything else we needed and was an absolute gem. Our stay was lovely and we got to witness the first monsoons, which are beautiful but post the rains the bug infestation is insane. However, on request they cleaned the rooms for us mid-way so we could be more comfortable. The best part is this hotel doesn't allow for kids (nothing against kids) that has kept the romance of the place alive. The location is great too and close to a ton of great reataurants and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed Elephant & Co., Susie's, Olive, Choc Cream Gelato and Champaca bookstore. Would avoid Titli.

Had the most lovely stay here. We were looking for something private and luxurious. From the service to the food to the rooms it's all just perfect. The rooms include a complimentary mini bar and also breakfast. The breakfast range is pretty amazing. It's all freshly made and you get to order from the lot. Very sweet and friendly staff. A must pick if you're looking at something at the higher end. Very lovely interiors as well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
