We had lovely time! Don’t miss onto their dinner and breakfast as every dish was delicious and finger-licking! Staff were very sweet and helpful! Guard Shrinivas helped us with our luggage kindly and with sweet smile. Totally recommend!!!

While my recent stay at your hotel was generally pleasant, I would like to offer some feedback for improvement. The quality of the food and the standard of the rooms didn't quite meet the expectations one might have for a 5-star establishment. Additionally, I noticed that the pool cleanliness could be enhanced. I believe addressing these aspects would contribute to an even more enjoyable experience for guests. Good place to stay and nice people around, ram has guided us well during the stay about the resort. But the restaurant wise I am totally not satisfied when I went and sat in the restaurant for food they took around 45 mins to only give the menu card which was truly damn late.. and the refreshments in the room was chargeable which I feel can be free or can be limited Other than this we are good.

Really loved the stay!! Rooms are very clean & comfortable,service is really good, food is awesome and the breakfast buffet was too good really loved the taste and the quality!! Mr.Reddy really took good care of us while having breakfast he was very polite & very well mannered!! Thank you for very good hospitality.. would love to visit again!

Good hotel. Service was good. Rooms were fine too. Bathrooms were clean and had all the required amenities. R Srinivas promptly picked luggages to help me out. Ambience at Sri Krishna restaurant (it's a veg only restaurant, the other one :Lotus, is a mixed one). is a must experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
