A perfect location in South Goa, nestled in between Palolem and Ourem Beach. The best part of this resort is it is the last resort and located at last corner and so it makes it feel like a private beach kind of experience as not all tourists would flock up till this point. Amazing rooms and restaurant offers lip smacking dishes and starters. If you are looking for some serene beach experience in the southern part of Goa, then this property is among the best.

The stay here was a mixed bag. The good part - The property is right on the beach like many of its neighbours. They have sunbeds on the beach, though not enough if they're booked out so you have to ask someone to hold them for you in the morning, which they will happily do. The rooms are a good size and they shower was great, with superb water pressure. The reasons I knocked off 2 stars... After charging over 5K per night, there's no toiletries in the room, not even handwash. Just a tiny bar of soap next to the sink. We were staying for only a night, but towels were still wet in the morning after using them the previous day and we asked for fresh towels - first they refused since we were checking out and then gave us one since we asked repeatedly. There were 2 small bottles of water in the room and when we asked for more (on payment), they said we'd have to go get it from the restaurant. When we first walked in, we requested to see the room before paying and checking in, and we were told 'there are pictures online for this reason'. When we explained that the property had mixed reviews and we'd like to see for ourselves, we were reluctantly shown. Overall just didn't feel like it was appropriate value for the rate charged (on the higher side for south Goa) and there's lots of options close by that felt like they have more to offer.

We had a terrible experience with Marron. We had a death in the family and had to cancel our trip. We requested a cancellation 5 days before our check in time. They refused to refund a single rupee. When we contacted them on WhatsApp, they responded until we asked for refund but than went silent. When we called on cell phone they could hear us fine, until we asked for a refund. Than they would hang up or start asking us to repeat what we said. I have travelled to 9 different countries and once in a while you have to make a cancellation. Never had such a bad experience as this. So congratulations Marron, you are the best at being the worse.

Great location with good food ! recommended for travelling with kids. Restaurant has great staff and food. But the property needs to improve the quality of room amenities. For the price charged for the room you cannot be providing a medimix soap and clinic plus sachet! Also no dental kits or any other vanity items.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
