Absolutely wonderful. Me and my family stayed here for 5 days and it was a very pleasant experience. Great location, wonderful service, the food was delicious, Richie and all the staff were amazing . We were here to attend a family wedding, dint have time to look for a restaurant or other facilities , but this place was home away from home . We had the best service and great food . This hotel is very good for all age guests , it has a perfect family ambience and if you are on your own it's the right place to be , to relax and rewind. And above all, its safety . I thank everyone and especially the management for training the team and empowering them to " make it right "

Loved our stay here . Thanks to Mr Richie who was very considerate about every issue that we raised and he got it fixed immediately . A big shout out to kitchen called the roof Mr Ramesh who is not just a wonderful chef but a hardworking and kind man food there was so delicious that everyday we used to rush back to the restaurant after sightseeing so that we can have our food at restaurant . Overall stay was comfortable, hygiene was top notch , the roof restaurant was just wow ❤️

If you love the beach life and nightlife then definitely consider @martins crest hotel located near Canacona..!! Loved the balcony and terrace views especially at sunrise and sunset..!!Best experience for stay, hospitality and food..!! Must visit here guys..!! Especially family friendly..!! Soon we will visit again..!!

The south of goa is one of the most mesmerising place in India and it was only complimented by this property. First off, the location. It is situated in a relatively less crowded area witjh rajbhag beach being in a walking distance from the property, so peaceful it makes north goa look like a hustle. Secondly, the rooms, the pool is very clean. The staff, especially the manager richie makes you feel home and gives a personal touch to your stay. He even recommends the places to explore and shacks to have a nice relaxing time by the beach. Thirdly, being a vegetarian, I was a but worried about the food. But martin's crest has got it covered. It has a restaurant on roof top "The roof" and although much effort hasnt been put for naming the restaurant, the food is amazing. Some of the best dal fry i have ever eaten. Totally recommend this place for a cozy comfortable stay in south goa.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and swimming pool is really refreshing and their cook Pujari is really good!! made good delicious food for us. Special thanks to "Mr.Richie" for making our stay wonderful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
