I lived there with family for 2 nights. Place is not as expected. I felt I am in wedding point like place. Function in open ground was happening which is surrounded by rooms. Morning checkout is also not good. They create emergency to check out early giving reason guest are waiting. Be aware of fake bills in check out process. I see no much people around. But Yes food is good there as in other restaurants in Jodhpur.

it's as huge as seen in the pic...the location and serenity of the place is outstanding. Not so away from city to explore all sightseeing places and shopping.The best part is cleanliness and hygiene maintained all throughout despite being so huge and entire staff is cordial. The restaurant serves great food. In Diwali they hosted musical nights every evenings with round table dinner arrangements which was added delight to our stay. Overall a very luxurious experience.

Awful experience and had to change rooms at midnight. My trip was booked with make my trip and I advised solo travellers and family travellers with young kids to be aware of this place. The room next to me was used as a brothel with BSDM stuff going on the entire night. The woman kept on screaming like a caged animal. It was a scary experience for me but the kind staff changed my room and moved me at 1am to a quieter suite . Despite the beautiful setting and architecture this brothel type experience gave me very bad image of this establishment.

Great resort on the outskirts of city. Excellent view and layout, buildings We were also very happy with their food and service. Special demands since we went as a large group.

It's a beautiful building look likea heritage architecture, with ample space, lot of rooms, swimming pool,3 marriage can be one time ..nice Good food

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
