Visited this resort for our 10th anniversary and even though we were the only guests, as the whole resort was booked for another celebration, the staff was very cooperative and friendly and did everything to make us feel special. The food here is the USP, every dish that we were served was just delicious. The only issue is the network connectivity. OUr phones were dead throughout our stay. I would recommend this place for the staff and food.

Nice place for outing and stay with family and friends. The food is good. Nice Weather makes the place worth experiencing. Items in menu are creatively listed. Staff is polite. Last 1km connectivity needs to be looked. Overall a nice trip. Will visit again.

The beds were heavenly, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. The hotel's amenities catered to every age group. The kids were delighted with the play area, and the family-friendly pool area provided a refreshing escape. For the adults, the spa and fitness facilities were top-notch, allowing for relaxation and rejuvenation. Dining at Mastiff Grand La Villae was a culinary delight. The diverse menu offered something for everyone, from delectable local dishes to international flavors. The attentive staff further enhanced our dining experience, ensuring our satisfaction with each meal. We had wonderful trip to the resort.. staff is very helpful..i twisted my ankle there but staff had been very helpful in making my stay comfortable. Below are some takeaways, you can consider: Positives: 1. Location is quiet and peaceful, away from hustle bustle of the city. 2. Food has variety and good taste. The prices are genuine. 3. Inhouse spa available. 4. View from room is great. 5. Very Near to famous lion and tiger point 6. Complete staff is great and very helpful, and enlightens the complete environment. 7. Also have fun filled Evening activities Negatives: 1. 1 km road approaching to hotel is not properly built and is actually a slope, so it can get troublesome during monsoons. 2. It's isolated so you won't get any shops or market nearby. 3. Wifi and water issues can happen. 4. Spa is not like actual spa..it's more like just massage with oil.

Good resort with some amazing views and tasty food. Their location is next to running stream (in monsoon) and have visible waterfalls from some rooms. The staff is helpful and the food is really good with decent number of activities to do. Overall had a nice stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
