I stayed here for a day with my friends at Duplex room. the room interior was awesome and convenient. The location of the Hotel was awesome on the banks of the river Beas on one side and on the highway otherside! The staffs are kind and inviting. Ready to extend their service all the time. The buffet breakfast spread was quite decent. Had live counters too on request.

Beautiful location, amazing view of river and mountains, cozy and big rooms, delicious food with multiple options, big gardens to walk around and sink in the stunning view. I have been to Manali thrice in last 13 months and can say that this is one of the best property with excellent staff. Its right on the highway which makes it superbly accessible in all weather conditions. They have sufficient parking space. Front office staff is at their best in service. More than enough options in buffet breakfast and dinner. Centrally heated rooms. Overall a property that u want for your stay with your family. Will definately visit again during next manali trip. Thanks.

It is beautiful hotel just outside manali perfect location away from city noise. Amazing service and food. The breakfast and dinner buffett had lot of choices plus they were tasty as well. They give you great services for the price. Also this hotel is at rives Beas which make it very scenic in the day.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
