        This hotel used to be very good but this time we had a totally opposite experience The hotel on the whole seems mismanaged and the staff not trained. Rooms had soap , towels and other necessary items missing and we had to ask for them. It took ages for them to bring them, this is after lack of understanding and lack of awareness. Bed linen were stained, we had to change rooms 3 times. One bed had a spider on it. Broken kettles are kept in rooms and kettle spouts are filthy. Buffet breakfast is not available and we often got items we did not order for dye to their inconvenience. Room service staff have no idea about room service. They need to employ supervisors for everything and trained staff as well. Staff should be dressed well and presentable too.

        One of my favorite places for buffet. The rooftop restaurant is under renovation as I write this (05 Oct '23). The roof top is the best place for breakfast, lunch and dinner conversations. With a good view and the wind . Located at the centre of the city, Maurya Rajdhani is the ideal place for conferences, stays and food. I have attended seminars in the past and feasted at the rooftop restaurant. The staff is very cordial and they also have valet parking.

        Worst service ever. I pre booked including payments. After reaching there we got to know that the staff had not noted that the rooms were booked. How can the staff be so irresponsible. We reached there late night and had toddlers also along with us. Even though it was the mistake from the management end, they were asking us to shift to other local hotels. The staff in the reception had a very rude behaviour. We had to argue alot to get a room even though we had already made the payment. We even saw the booking mail send from agoda in their desktop. The next day also the asked us to move to another hotel .How can they behave in such an unprofessional way! Please stay away from such hotels. Rooms were also very congested. Some renovation work was also going on. We couldn't even get a proper sleep because of the drilling sound. Please do train your staff how to behave to the customers. No proper parking also.

        It was really pleasant stay at Maurya, staff were very helpful and supportive, some work going on, still we enjoyed staying there. Happy to recommend this Hotel, well organised and rooms are really good.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
