Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are elegant and staffs are very courteous and cooperative. The place is managed extremely well by Mr Kalra. We enjoyed our daily buffet breakfast at the restaurant, and room service was also available almost any time. We will definitely come back again and stay at Hotel Maya again. Well done team, keep up the great work!!

Hotel is in a great location. Service staff was very helpful and attentive. I only gave 3 star for room as ours smelled very musty and moist but was clean. We were able to switch rooms and it was a little better....it's either the carpet or the AC ! Other than that we had a great stay

No doubt a very nice property, very nice location, good staff, good cleanliness, very tasty food and very good service etc.. Only thing which was worst about my last experience made me completely boycott Hotel Maya Chandigarh. Even when I had stayed 10-20 times before and staff knows me my company. It was my business tripe as usual like before. My corporate had a tie-up with Hotel Maya. Even though when I asked next day of my stay for room clean reception staff and even Manage stated room not available for that day and asked me to check out. I was not convinced with this improper communication and behaviour but they even their Manager started arguing. After argument they were ready to manage my stay extention. This was really surprise when things could be managed earlier if it was possible then why they made it after arguments. I didn't continue even till date I even never ever thought of having stay again with Hotel Maya. Guys in a Hotel profession even though if you have a good business, people's likes your hotel, your attitude should be same as per my feedback. You guys really need to improve otherwise people's will slowly come to know like me and stop visiting. Please look after my feedback and improve. Atleast proper communication is required instead of arguing. Manager who manages if things go wrong even he doesn't understand then one day growth would definitely gonna be impacted for sure.

Good location right in middle of town. Have all required shops nearby . Front desk staff was helpful and checking and checkout was very fast. Room was very specious, neat and clean. Good in room essentials, mini bar, toiletries quality was very good. Bathroom was well designed, neat and clean. Bed and upholstery was very comfortable. Good lighting and ambiance was very good. Room service was good. Good choice of food, breakfast had good variety and quality was good. Restaurant ambiance was good and specious with ample seating arrangements. Ample parking but it’s paid parking.

Even though the location and banquet hall is quite good however the amenities like washrooms were immensely dirty. Additionally, in the party the services were miserably poor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
