        The place is good value for money and the food is good. Service is also good but the rest is basic. The wash basins are broken, lights fused, the breakfast tables not properly cleaned, the sofas in tatters, rooms need renovation, ....What bothered me most is that they do not change sheets, covers and pillowcases in the rooms when guests change. And they did not change the razai-cover even though I insisted. Also, the owner (who lives upstairs) did not bother to come down even to say hello although we exchanged WhatsApp messages. That is a bad sign.

        The place is good value for money and the food is good. Service is also good but the rest is basic.         I know what is wrong with Maya Inn. It is not one of those big hotels which seem to function on their own and not one of those small but appreciable places clean, simple, and homely. Maya inn feels like a dysfunctional home where the owner or manager whosever it is says, "yeah we provide heater but it is just an additional 200 or 300 bucks," above the 1200-1300 they charge. It is all so poorly designed — faucet and sink, shower space, bed, plugs to charge things — that one thinks someone was so disinterested in their job or had to avenge the owner and thus spoiled everything. Road had constant traffic. Lights are very dim in the room but bathroom is lit up so you can spend most time there. It is just alright. Don’t take it if it is above a thousand bucks because that is just seriously throwing away your money.

        Though the hotel is in off road from the central gangtok, but the environment is very good. Also the stuffs are friendly and the hotel room services are good. There is a restaurant too inside the hotel. As it is located in bypass road, they offer their services in reasonable rate with satisfactory facilities.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
