Comfortable hotel on Morjim beach with narrow access to it. Rooms & washrooms are spacious but lack ventilation. Pool is clean, food is delicious & the hotel has well covered seating facing the sea. The management organized an amazing bhakti show by foreigners on 22nd January 2024. Taxi stand in close vicinity for round the clock taxi service.

Excellent location, nice rooms. Breakfast and food in general was alright. Food and liquor prices are more than 5 star hotel rates. It would have been better if there were more amenities for kids to play. But over all coz of location and room size it is a good place to stay. Highly recommend. And has jacuzzi in regular room.

Editing on 13th 4.25 AM... The chery on the top was we saw a thief inside the room at around 3.15 AM. I shouted on seeing someone inside the room and the person ran out through the balcony. In an emergency also it took me 10 mins to reach the reception number as they were not responding. It is a very very unsafe place as well. Had called police control room and they gave me details of the police station to put an official complaint. The rest of the review was posted as below earlier on 11th Dec. This review is being posted as of 11th Dec 2023 and I request you to not go by any of the previous reviews. The hotel is a very average hotel which is some other property managed by Mayfair. It's location is also very poor with not even a proper approach road to the property. It is a mud road where only a single car can pass. The property is not at all maintained well and it gives very dated kind of feeling. The rooms are also quite stinky and the sofa etc are not clean. Even the restaurant is below average and during the daytime it is tough to have food there with crows coming over your shoulders to snatch the food from the tables. The spa that they mention is only a store room kind of with looks dark and gloomy. The staff are trying to help but there is only a little they can do. I would not recommend anyone to even consider this place for a decent stay.

My first Visit to Mayfair on Sea @Goa , it was an awesome exp, Let me name some outstanding staffs who are assets to the property. 1- GM-of the property - On Ground , taking accountibility of the operations ,an ever smiling and pleasant person. 2- Rostika- Made our onboarding and stay an exciting one 3-Diwakar- The resturant Manager who takes care of Breakfast ensured all services are intact and equal service is provided to all Guests. Hot food is needed -just approach Mr Diwakar 4- Dixit in Resturant- One of the best person in service. He was all across length to breadth to fulfill guests demand. Amazing Guy with understanding the food choices and curate it as per the requirement. -Rooms - Awesome - Large - Facilities inside room uncomparable -Luxury and Quality Aminities and products. -Ambience of Landscaping- Poolside sit out is a must - Swimming pool with Amazing Garden ,property has a nice Shiva Temple. -Deck Area near the resturant is an add on positive to the resort. -Huge Lawn with Beach Seatings is neat -Outsiders/introdures are managed by Guards, who are available 24/7 Overall Stay -Ambience -Rooms- Facilities- Breakfast Spread and In room Service- Awesome. Area of Improvement- 1- Need Professional Bar Tenders- The Bar unit has all brands but the mix done by the guy is not that great - Also mocktails variety has to go beyond whats available now. Professional Bartender will help the issue. 2- Food -Dinner/Lunch- Overpriced , less on quantity - but Amazing Taste. Thanks all other staff who made our 3 nyts stay a memorable one. I would reco this property if you are in North Goa, Its a Class, -

The rooms are easy 2X the size of any luxury hotel. It's on the beach with a private access. The staff is super attentive. Service is a 12 on 10. Food can be better. The breakfast buffet was good. The dinner could have been better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
