As a three-time guest, I can confidently say that this hotel consistently delivers an outstanding experience. The staff remains attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms exude both style and comfort. Additionally, the location continues to be a cherry on top, 2 minutes walking distance from Titos Lane and Baga Beach. We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mayflower Hotel for two days , and it was a delightful experience. The level of care and attention we received was outstanding. A special thanks to Carol, Mizzah, and Rachel for their exceptional service. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. The hotel's ambiance and amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's genuine care that stood out the most. We highly recommend the Mayflower Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

not even a 1 star : Not good. It is not good. It is not good at all. It is the worst place to stay. The behavior and services are not good. No basic facilities. It is basically just a place with rooms. Staff will actually kill the mood/vibe(exception is Misa she is good), but that extortion lady during checkout she is horrible. Just disappointed. Well just count the number of 'not' and you are good to go.

We checked in on 24th Jan 2024, we were group of 12. Very average hotel at Good Location. The staff is very un co-operative, arrogant and rude in behavior. Looks like they do not need customers. one couple was required to change 2 rooms with different problems, like AC not working, Lights not working etc. finally allotted 3rd Room. Lift is not there in Hotel, be ready to walk all the way to your floor. Water is an issue in to the hotel. They do not provide bathroom accessories unless you rigorously follow up with them, ( by the way only provides one small Soup). Service is very slow and pathetic, you can get very good hotels nearby with cheap or at par price. My personal recommendation is to avoid the hotel and stay away from Bad memories. Once you pay all the money in advance then they do not care if you want to live or not.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
