Located in centre of town. Most of the tourist spots are within 7 kilometres. Hotel and Rooms are very clean and tidy. Staffs are very professional and well Mannered. Worth of Price we paid. Complementary breakfast was nice had enough of options to taste. Overall experience is very good.

This place is so amazing to stay. The staff is so well mannered and friendly that they will make your trip even much better with there very humble and helpful nature. Even though late at night when everything was closed they arranged milk for my baby without any hesitation. It is very near to the main market of city. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plus breakfast was up-to the mark as they will cook anything apart from buffet and will even serve you on your table. This is much recommended place. Book it without any hesitation and you surely will not regret.

We booked 2 rooms here - 1 platinum and 1 pearl. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Staff is extremely helping and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. There is a small restaurant in the hotel but the food is very tasty. They can prepare lunch and dinner as per your taste. Many breakfast options available and everything was yummy. Location is just right, Every place is withing 6 to 7 Km from the Hotel. Very near to the market.

Excellent service. Availability of hot water throughout the day. We stayed in the month of June 2023. Hotel also provides cab services for sightseeing. Free complimentary break fast provided which is good and the taste is awesome with unlimited choices. Rooms are clean and super perfect. All the staff are friendly and kind. Would like to stay here if I visit Ooty again. Highly recommended.

These people are Gem. One of the best hospitality we had till date.... I went with my 3 friends and had the best time staying there, infact waited for different meals. If you are an observer, you'll see a pencil and paper in your room for quick notes, an essential kit, laundry bag etc etc. Rooms are very clean and location is just perfect. You will not find any mountain view, but trust me, it's worth. Thank you Meadows residency for this awesome experience 👏

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
