Wonderful resort. Villas are spacious and nicely decorated. Service is great. Food is amazing. Downside is the distance from the city centre. Great if you just want to enjoy some quiet time and enjoy the amenities and surrounding nature.

Even though we did not stay here and were only there for dinner, the place is absolutely breathtaking and definitely made it to our list of places to stay. The food was very well made and the staff ensured great service as well, special callout to the lotus stem dish which was exceptionally tasty. The only thing that I wished on top was a tour of the property which could not happen due to reasons unexplained Overall a great place to take your loved ones for a special meal

Unforgettable views from our suite which was very well appointed. The whole arrangement of ferrying us to and from our suite using golf carts was managed well and was enjoyable each time because of the beautiful pathways. Maybe because they are relatively new, they need to fine tune their services such as housekeeping & security a bit; otherwise top-notch experience. The service in the restaurants was a bit of hit or miss too, the quality of food was quite good though.

Worst night mare in a room costing Rs. 40,000. The AC has tripped repeatedly. I am in Room Number 1505. From last two days the engineer has attended to it 4 times. Still it is persistent. The front desk ie Extension 6 says I am sending a team but the team comes after an hour after repeated reminders and I have to persuade. I am writing this review at 4.51 am. You can understand the misery. One of the worst experience in my life. Don't come here AVOID

A bumpy narrow road takes you to the undulating landscape of the resort hotel. I found a large posse of relatively untrained staff trying hard to please the customers. Buggies negotiate the bumpy path to take you to the spacious rooms. They can skid when it rains as the slopes are too high at a few locations. If you have plans to go around Udaipur, the bumpy road awaits you again. Choose this hotel if you wish to stay within it for your entire stay. One restaurant serves you food is typical of 5 star hotels. Needs to add variety in cuisine, especially because venturing out is so dreadful. I find the place hugely overpriced. Would choose a hotel closer to the lake.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
