The resort is located around 2 km away from Lonavala Railway Station. A very nice place to stay with your friends and family. I had visited with my friends. The rooms are good with amazing interiors and all modern facilities. Though I didn't like the bed personally, the mattress was made of springs and was not cushioned properly. The staff was really polite and helpful and the service was also very good. We only stayed for a night and had our complementary breakfast in the morning. There were a lot of items in the breakfast and it was really good. The resort is not that big but it's a good place to stay for a couple of days.

Had a wonderful stay and experience at Meritas Adore. Though the location is a bit inside you can reach the main junction in 10min. One suggestion be polite and respectful with the staff and they will treat you in the same way. The property boasts around 25+ rooms with Standard, Deluxe and Executive configurations. Please note that only Executive rooms have the pool/garden view and the other rooms have the parking lot view. The pool is small but clean along with a kids pool. They also have a few indoor games. Their restaurant is top notch. The hospitality team are very professional and accommodating. The food are priced reasonably and I found it better as compared to the dhabas near by. You have the option to also have your food near the pool. Buffet Breakfast includes common items such as sandwich, idli, bread, cakes, donuts, tea, milk and cereals. The change on day 1 was Poori Bhaji, sautéd veggies and Day 2 was Misal Pav, methi paratha. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. Suggestion: - Washrooms need hangers to keep our clothes - Rooms could be equipped with mini fridge - Clothe drying stand can be provided on request - WiFi speed needs improvement

It was nice and comfortable stay. Decent hotel. We had booked a deluxe room, you won't get a nice view in the deluxe room. But other executive rooms have a garden view with a balcony. The property is small but well decorated & clean. It has a pool table & various other indoor games. The food was good. We liked the mushroom soup.

The stay was comfortable. Service was prompt. Felt the breakfast was on the average side and the taste could be improved. However the restaurant food was decent ,tastes good a reasonable. The rooms, pool , lawn area and restaurant is well maintained. The bedding can be improved a lot , found the pillows wer old and damaged.

stayed at resort in nov 2023...had a good time at resort...pool was clean..rooms good ...small resort bt well maintained...good part - can hav meals sitting at the table near the pool n njoying food in open ..hav indoor game zone too fr kids....will prefer to visit again...recommended to stay...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
