Despite the staff being relatively new, they were hardworking and attentive. I want to emphasize the importance of ignoring old reviews, as the hotel’s quality has greatly improved with the fresh and dedicated team. Moreover, you have the option to order food from Swiggy and Zomato, adding an extra layer of convenience to your stay.         Horrible doesn't even start to cover the facility, staff, hospitality in this hotel. Regret booking rooms here. I blocked 3 rooms for my guests and it is pure embarrassment with the way they were treated. AC doesn't work, no hot water, no room service and the attitude of the staff is appalling. Pictures in Google need to be updated. The current state of the hotel is pathetic. We are currently staying here and can't wait to vacate

        Don't get carried away by the picture they are showing of hotel. These are old pictures when the hotel was well functioning. It seems as if they are running the hotel out of compulsion.The rooms are not well maintained the way it should be. The furnitures and bathroom plumbings make you feel that they are deteriorating. We booked the rooms only because of location as it is near to bus stand. Otherwise spending one day was also not a good experience. Hotel lifts were out of order, had to use smelly service lift to reach our rooms. No complimentary breakfast available. Had to order dinner from outside. They provided us plates and cutlery thanks to the hotel staff but to our amaze at the time of checkout we were asked to wash the cutleries they provided us, but soon they realised there mistake and asked us not to wash them. Hotels are opened for providing fine service to travellers. Out of all the faults one thing is good i.e. the centre location of the hotel. If the hotel owners look to just maintain it well. Then would improve the performance and their ratings also.

        Small hotel, room service is not so good, the room we got although has two bed( one double and one single) there was no extra sitting couch or similar thing. Towels were provided upon asking

        Metro Grand Hotel offers a fantastic stay with friendly staff, cozy rooms, and a convenient location. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
