This was a very good hotel on different keels. We had rooms with a view of the lake. Worth it. Large light rooms with lot if seating space. Fabulous location, nice people. The manager made an effort to make us comfortable, very appreciated. Great roof terrace to chill over some snacks. All around , great experience.

We had a 2 night stay at the hotel. We checked in early. The hotel staff was courteous and provided us with the vacant room as per our booking. The rooms were fine, but i think the pricing was a bit high. The Hotel Manager Mr. Manish was very helpful and provided us best information and arranged for conveyance to travel nearby locations in Udaipur. Overall a decent stay.

Good place to stay in heart of city. The rooms are big and nice you can option for lake view or non lake view. The price are based on season. If you are looking for the place nearby tourist spot then you can go for it. The road is congested but if you are travelling by your own car then you can park your car in chandpol parking which is just few step ahead. The host is also very good and cooperative. The location is very good

I stayed here for 3 days and I must say it is the most beautiful place with a very perfect ambience for a family. I really thank to Mr. Anand ji ( General Manager) and Manish ji for always be polite, humble and keeping my stay so memorable ❤ with their arrangements and adhoc requests for my Anniversary. The FOOD is so delicious and fresh that we had all our dinner in the hotel only. I must recommend everyone if they want pleasrable stay at Udaipur with all famous place in just walking distance. 😊

Great location and rooftop is great to relax and get a good view of the beautiful city. The staff have been very helpful, they helped book a bus for the next leg of trip when I was having trouble. Very happy with my experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
