        Worst experience with this hotel . They are cheating customers saying late fee if you didn't discharge by 12 pm. They won't intimate customers about this late fee. No Bills for the amount we paid. This hotel is cheating customers and Income Tax Department.. Rooms aren't clean as they are reusing the same bed sheets without washing them... Showers aren't working... Total waste of money.. Even a lodge may be better than this hotel... Not sure how this is coming under 3 star hotel...

        The property was very good spacious and luxury, neat and clean restaurant with very good breakfast, lunch and dinner provided at the hotel at affordable price.The staffs were very courteous and friendly infact the service was exemplary. Wish all the best to the team and would strongly recommend for anyone traveling to trichy for the stay at Minas manor. The proximity is closeby to Airport and any location to be reached within trichy should be 25 to 30 mins drive.

        Update: He took Rs 3000, for zero days & zero work - way to make money! You may also read another customer Vaish's review. Just realized..there are so many bad reviews, I should have checked. Today Dec 2023. And I totally agree - VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AWAITS YOU - totally because of this person - and I think he is the owner, because he treated us (a family with kids ) in similar bad way as mentioned in other customer review. It came across as if he lives there. I rarely write reviews, but hopefully this one avoids bad experience for you. I had called ahead and informed early morning checkin. At 3 AM, the way this person came and opened the gates to his kingdom (10 minutes wait), this tells me he is possibly the owner. And at 3 AM his priority was walking behind the taxi, rather than checking me in (with sleepy kids)...by now I was already upset with the experience,.and then he comes and started stating policies (i even requested him to have an iota of customer service, a bit with a checking in family)...this owner is something. Save yourself an agonizing experience. There are many other places around. Getting to this hotel is painful,the roads are nasty. .like really really bad, actually there is no road literally...possibly you can see in google satellite view. This person was so bad, I chose to leave the hotel, and find another hotel, even for my 4 hour stay (had to take a early AM flight) Yes it is close to airport. NO, it is not at all a friendly place. You will have a bad experience one way or another. My review - 0 out of 5 When leaving his hotel, I requested refund. He said to work with reservation company.         It's a quiet place. It was raining late night when we reached there. I personally liked each and every aspect of the place- the decor , ambience. I enjoyed the sunrise through my window. They don't serve food I guess , but when we requested around 2.45pm in the afternoon, they have managed to arrange lunch for 4 people without saying NO. That was something I liked. Overall experience was good. I would like to stay again here.

        Please check the old reviews and proceed booking. The atmosphere of the hotel is really great,it welcomes you with a warm breeze. There was no proper security, think the management thinks to go with automatic gates rather than trusting a person as a security. The driver / cum security (did not know his name) was very polite in guiding and parking your car. Just u wish the same to be with the management, it will be reverted back on your face. Seeing the outward appearance of the hotel, I wanted to actually compliment the owner, but once I reached the reception, was somehow able to figure out the owner. He was like a warden who disagree with you to stay in his hotel rather than a strict teacher who doesn't want you to stay in his class. Since we didn't have enough time to book anyother hotel we had to stay in this one. The room was actually conjested, don't be fooled by the in room pictures... Please take photographs of the room and things in it before you enter the room. ( Will say the reason at the last) Water bottle won't be provided. But they have made sure to give fresh RO water to customer, much appreciated. Only backlog is you have to get it by ur self. Please ensure, not to order any hot coffee or tea. Because, u will receive only cold coffee or cold tea ( in our case we didn't receive either hot or cold coffee) clearly understaffed. Better to use the restaurant in the ground floor... The food was awesome. The drawback is that the serve it cold, which makes you to hate the food to. Upon asking, you will receive the answer as understaffed. Please ensure to bring your own towels, because upto them the towel should not get any stains. The bathroom is very small, but one good thing is that,the provide RO water to bathe. Appreciatable.( But use ur own towels) While checking out, you need to have much more patience when compared to checking in. You will be criticized for using the towels with stains on them. We were forced to pay Rs 100 for the stains. Which won't be in any other hotels, even the luxury ones. The utter worst behavior is that, you will be humiliated for using their towels. And a attitudinal behavior, where they say not to come to their hotel. How ever, we won't. All this I say, as I have been in hospitality industry.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
