We stayed in 8 rooms on 6-7 January. In 2 of the rooms, we had to sleep without Room-Keys (that is without the facility of locking the rooms). When we go for the buffet breakfast, it is normal to enquire our Room No's. But what irritated us was that at least 4 employees in the restaurant were asking for our Room No's at different times during the Breakfast 😔 Though a good no of employees were there, no water glasses were placed on the tables. We had to ask for them. While checking out, there was nobody at the Reception Desk for us to handover the keys! After enquiring frantically for 20 minutes, the Receptionist arrived from outside! So much service for a cost of ₹3900 per room! Certainly not value for money.

Been there for breakfast buffet at 9:15am on a Sunday. Pathetic service, also the cutlery was soiled and even after complaining there was hardly anyone bothered to replace with the washed cutlery. No items were available other than boiled eggs & bread. After repeated requests idly has come and after an hour wada & dosa appeared. Ala carte customers were being served the same items but replenishing the items for buffet was very delayed

We came here for lunch, restaurant is almost empty when we have arrived, still the service is very poor they couldn’t even provide proper cutlery on time. We ordered manchow soup, it’ll we last one I would ever like to taste on this planet, such a waste one’s. Still we ignored and placed ordered for chilli Panner, I’m surprised to know that it has been cooked with same oil that’s used for chicken previously. After this I didn’t even want to pay the bill, but still I’ve paid them. I recommend to stay away from this Minerva at Loyola college

On 14/11/2023 I and my family of 4 and a kid visited Minerva Blue Fox Resturant in Secunderabad. We ordered a couple of items including a chicken steak sizzler. While eating the sizzler my husband found something hard in the chicken steak pattie. We were astonished to find a 1/2 inch glass piece in the steak. What if he had swallowed it ?? Such is the negligence of this restaurant. If my kid has eaten it ?? This is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in town without any responsibility towards its customers. When we asked the restaurant folks, they casually apologized saying it came by mistake when a glass broke while boiling vegs!!! Pls be mindful of this before visiting this restaurant.

I had been to Blue Fox in Minerva Cafe many times in Hyderabad, but today the experience is worst in Vijayawada. Ordered Dum Biryani and rice was not properly cooked and there was no Dum. Felt like it was white rice with some color added to it to make it look like Dum Biryani rice. Very bad experience and would never recommend anyone to visit Blue Fox.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
