Came here to have lunch, nice location. Good quality food, ambience is nice, and decent. The amount of servers will look like more than enough but what experienced is that we need to call them and request for basic things like Water - Glasses, spoon & forks, tissues etc rather than they coming and checking automatically. Clearly sense of professionalsium was missing. Very limited space will be available for parking before the hotel and cellar. All Cards as well as QR payments are acceptable.

Best of all is minerva restaurant is there in ground floor. Good quality, vegetarian food and Bluefox non vegetarian food are available. Charges very much comfortable. Room service charges also same line coffee shop.

We went to newyear day at 1:30 pm they waited for me 30minutes after allowing table they served every item with almost 20minutes gap and service boy 1st told me we have ice-cream later he told sorry sir it is not available even they don't know which items are available or not available totally disappointed

Came here to have lunch and dinner. Good landmark and it was adjacent to PVP mall. Limited space will be available for parking before the hotel and cellar will also be full most of the time, better to park on the back side of the hotel where good space is available. Quality food will be served here, ambience is good, posh and professional. Cards as well as QR payments are acceptable. Desserts are good. More servers will be there but what we felt during our visit was that we need to call them and need to ask multiple times regarding Water, Glasses, tissues, Onions, lemons etc rather than they coming and checking automatically (Ownership was missing and everyone will act busy)

They were taking a lot of time to serve food and everything was too delayed even bringing the bill part. They charged ₹40 for a ₹20 bottle. Food taste is fine. I had meals but it seemed a bit pricy. But very bad service in terms of attending on time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
