Had a wonderful stay at property and my family was extremely happy with the hospitality received. Property has a great lake view and fantastic Lakeshore and Island rooms plus it operates boathouse as well. Property has slight offbeat Location but yet quite convenient.

Worst experience.. rooms were unpleasant and basic.. no amenities.. not even intercoms. Wifi / TV not working.. lots of mosquitoes.. hyped resort. The only best part was the food..it was very tasty and prompt though the menu has 2-3 options.

Booked their house boat and faced issues since journey. 1. Continuous AC problem though we paid 2000 extra 2. Insufficient food provided at the night 3. Washrooms are neat but to fill bucket of water it takes 15 to 20 mins 4. When questioned property owner he said will refund the extra 2000 amount paid. But when check out he didn't even bother to return the 2000 amount. 5. Morning breakfast is the disaster which is cold than the outside temperature. 6. Morning also when requested for AC they denied to turn on . Very pathetic and helpless . Don't book with them

I'm a driver. When I dropped my Guests in this worst hotel I've ever met. They were not ready to give some food to me(Driver). All need business but not ready to mind the way of business. We the drivers are need to bring guest, but after dropped, we are like Curry leaves. Very bad attitude from hotel staff especially from Kitchen staff.

Houseboat needs lot of maintenance. It very poor. Staff is nice and cooperative. We ordered veg food and it tasted fine. Don’t expect much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
