Property with arguably the best view of the sceneries in town, and you don’t even have to get out of your bed to enjoy it! Amazing vegetarian food that makes sure you dine in their cafeteria and nowhere else. Impeccable service. The rooms are huge and homely, with a surreal view as mentioned, and a very hospitable staff. The staff at the reception were in fact so reliable that they were kind enough to courier back home my GShock, which I had left behind in the room. Overall, I think Miraya is the best place for visitors to stay in Panchgani today. Almost the served perfect resort experience, a few amenities like a game room and pool would’ve done just that! Highly recommended, 11 out of 10.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Miraya in Panchgani, and overall, my experience was delightful. The hotel's services were impeccable, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was not only delicious but also served with great attention to detail. They have also specially prepared a Jain food for us. However, there are some improvement suggestions. It would be beneficial to include a hair dryer in the rooms for guests' convenience. Also, hand dryers in the washrooms could enhance the overall restroom experience. Consider upgrading the quality of the toilet paper for added comfort. Overall, a great stay!

I've been here thrice already over the past few years. The location is just perfect, with valley facing rooms and restaurant. They serve only veg food, but have a good variety and worth the price. Service from everyone working there is with a big smile and you are well taken care off. They don't have activities like other hotels do, but then it's perfect for people like me who don't look for activities and prefer a peaceful stay. It's a great place to stay for families, friends, couples or couple's with kids. The cheese factory, table land, map to etc are all within 15 mins distance by car. Highly recommend by me!!

Visited in July 2023 Good staff, great location, clean rooms, quick service, food quality as well as quantity is decent for the price paid. Car parking is available but they have narrow approach entrance so it may be difficult to locate the hotel entrance. Even the distance between parking and the actual property is bit more so old age people may get tired.

We had a great stay at miraya hotel ,We booked Miraya high and the experience was amazing.The room has a very mesmerizing valley view, experienced good hospitality,great room service and an amazing breakfast we had. Would like to stay again for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
