Manager organised well and good. Vehicle arranged by the manager. Driver is very good and he showed many places he maintained the time correctly and safe driving we reached safely. Room boy helpful he is also quite good..💯✔️we will refer misty hills to others Thanks a lot to all.

Room and bathroom are neat and clean Service are kind friendly. Hotel itself arrange for a transport facilities. Mr. Hashim (driver) assisted throughout the trip and guided well. Totally in normal days budget friendly room and local sightseeing transport cost in their service.

Clean rooms at affordable price. Service was also great! We were a group of 16 people who came in a mini bus. They made us park at an open space 100 to 200m away from the hotel. But the hotel people came with a jeep to take our luggages inside.

I love Misty Hills hotel and services. As we have our infant with us, One of the Receptionist benevolent man Faisal provided us a room instantly at early morning rather than check -in timings. It's just one call he understood our situations even it's not a online booking. Return time he dropped us off to bus stand on his own vehicle. Thank you man.. Whenever I have trip to Wayanad, Sure I will choose Misty Hills..

Very nice property. The staff members and owners were very helpful in providing information and our stay was very comfortable. They have a very big lawn where they do free campfire every night with a big speaker and best part is you can play your choice of songs. Below points to be considered for improvement: 1. Room service needs to be done on daily basis like changing bedsheet and mopping the floor for the individual rooms. 2. Change your age old CFL bulbs to LED lighting (soft white/warm white) to bring some warmth to the rooms as the current one felt very lazy and less illuminated. 3. Change the Doormats on periodic basis as they're weared out. 4. Provide some in-house traditional complimentary/chargeable basis Kerala cuisine so that the travelers can relate themselves on their vacation experience. 5. Fix the approach road which is just 100 meters from the main road as everyone have hard time coming to the property including the tourist and local commuters. I'm sure the above points will be taken care before my next visit. Till than this info. will help other traveler's.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
