Fantastic Experience ! Went with friends and kids just loved every aspect of the stay. Awesome food and specially made Sweet Pongal during the festival Can’t forget the pet dog Jackie who was with us in our trekking and always playing with us Definitely a must stay if you are a nature lover.

We stayed here as a group of 15 for 4 days. Amazing place, courteous staff, customised menu for every meal (amazing spread and taste). It is off the town limits, serene and quiet. In addition, we had good indoor games to engage the kids, plantation trekking, mini waterfall inside the property. We completely enjoyed our stay and we highly recommended for their hospitality. Kudos to the entire team. We will revisit again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Vernacular cottage during Christmas .The cottage was on top of a hill so it requires little bit of uphill walk/hike but you can also avail jeep service till your cottage. Restaurant was decent . Campfire with music was all taken care of . Kid recreation room had fun stuff . The property manager Emanuel was very courteous and took care of all our needs .All the staff were great and service was top notch and I recommend this resort highly inspite of some bad reviews here and there from people with high expectations

So so place to stay. Few good ones upfront 1) Location - Pretty good 2) Awesome falls within the Resort. Wow Bad elements 1) Food - Oil used to make veg foods had fish smell. 2) Leeches - Be careful. They are everywhere and had been in a rainy season and we were welcomed by blood stains across the floor 3) Service - Pretty poor service given the fact it was a resort. Very bad service.

A wonderful time together esp for the kids & also relaxed in the freshness of nature, birds...a superb get away break A beautiful place to go as a group of friends or cousins. Amidst nature ,a mountain view with chirping of birds all the time . During the Pongal holidays,(2024), We were 5 families ( including kids) decided to pick this resort, and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff was very hospitable ,they would go that extra mile to fulfill your request. The food was customised buffet, and very tasty. The deserts were just right (with not much flavoring or sugar) The house keeping was readily available at your call doing a neat job. Immanuel, the in- charge is a very friendly guide and also not forgetting to mention about the farm dog ( who has a story behind it) With more to do other than indoor games, outdoor facilties,campfire we could go trekking into the forest, or the view point ( ideal photo spot), or even take a jeep ride to the nearby waterfalls. Had a gala time & kudos to the Misty Woods ,Coorg team

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
