I recently stayed at Mohan's Binsar Retreat, and it was a premium experience. The inside dorm room and well-designed seating areas added a luxurious touch. The servicing staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. The delicious and varied food spread exceeded expectations, and the on-site bakery offered delectable cakes. The authentic Pahadi food served was a delightful culinary experience and cozy rooms added a comforting touch to the stay, enhancing the overall warmth of the accommodation. Overall, a delightful stay with attention to both big and small details.

Food and ambience is good. Nothing upto the hype created. The non veg needs improvement. Buffets had poor taste specially chicken curry, being only non veg dish.No dimsum preparation. Adjacent campus served it. Only morning breakfast was okay. Staff needs sensitizing as some were outspoken on various occassions. They keep on calling for dinner every 10 minutes interval past 9 PM . Veg is good specially parathas and subzis. Finally the room was not worth 15k. Their room has puny 32inch tv that to at the corner most area which was not viewable without titling the head fully. Very Poor tv placement!!! Room should have been around 8-10k max as per arrangements. No welcome drinks. Ordered lamb spagetti but lamb was out of stock. Please dont overhype the place. Have been to better places at lower tariffs in uttarakhand hence the expectations.

The staff here is incredibly rude. The menu options were limited, and most of the things were unavailable. It's quite understandable that during the off-season, most things are not prepared beforehand, but the waiter, after taking our order, and making us wait for 15 minutes told us that our order was going to take another hour at least! That was absurd, to say the least. They chose to serve and dote on the table beside us since there were more members there and knew that it was more profitable to serve them than it was to serve us. Horrible service. The food is average at best. 0/10. Would not recommend it at all. Save yourself the time and energy, and forgo this place.

Very welcoming and warm place. The Rooms are cozy. The food was fresh and delicious. Dineshji and Bhuvan ji ensured that everything was as per our taste. The highlight was an authentic pahadi dinner. Special thanks to Mohanji for patiently answering our endless questions and making sure we are comfortable. Would definitely visit again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
