We stayed here for two nights in the Luxury room. The hotel itself seemed fairly new and the room was comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities (including heated blankets which was such a boon given the onset of winter when we visited). The room also opens up to a balcony with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. While the hotel is located close to the market area (A 5 minute walk till there), it does offer respite from the very crowded places in Kasol. Great stay!

Probably the best property in Kasol. A no brainer to decide for future The best location, the best service, staff is really professional and helpful, Flexible as well. Would recommend 100% to stay in this property if you do not have a budget constraint. Have been to different properties in kasol, but all of those have been a bad experience to the trip. This property is super good

The hotel is situated on the banks of the river at a distance of about 2 km after leaving Kasol village. The hotel, their rooms and overall service is very good, but the way they are charging the room rent is not worth it. But therefore Hotel's location, service cannot be overlooked. If you want to spend some relaxing and beautiful moments of life then this is the best location.

Amazing view of rooms and the cafe. Special mention to Vishal, he was so kind with his restaurant service. Good family vibe and fantastic foods. Highly recommended for families looking for a picturesque stay at Kasol.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
