Enjoy celebrate our babies Antony and George birthday party and enjoyed dinner with tasty and lovely atmosphere. Hotel is very clean and the staff are really good. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Beautiful five star hotel in a very good location, great service, sumptuous breakfast; rooms are very clean and luxurious, staff is very nice, ample parking space, very near to Lulu mall, Oberon Mall and Ernakulam city. Mr Saju Thomas the manager is very nice and extremely helpful..we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again. Thanks to all at Monsoon empress Kochi who made our stay memorable.

I had my sugar levels down during an event and when asked to give some biscuits or anything the manager said they don't have and that they threw away what they had before. My friend also told give her something atleast a tea or coffee he said will take time. He told he will give me sugar instead. When I told I don't want anything, they gave me biscuit..don't know from where. Is thus the hospitality they give to customers. It was the boy waiting serve food first said no biscuits as instructed by manager. I felt they just want to finish their work and go. It's not service. Just a job to finish and run. Sorry to say this but I don't like giving negative remarks unless I had a very bad experience.

A great place to stay in Kochi. staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool . I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Kochi. It's located in a central location, close to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Monsoon Empress Hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
