A very average place to be honest. Tickets are way overpriced for the value. There are different "combos" for different activities. A simple entry ticket without going for any activities is ₹250. We went for go-karting for 1 person and an indoor activities combo for 3 of us and the total cost came up to Rs 3200 (Including almost ₹500 just in taxes). Go-karting was just 6 short laps. The karts are comparable to kids carts and lacking any real horsepower for an enjoyable experience. The lap itself is just a very short figure of 8 at 350 metres. At ₹800 per person, this was definitely a waste of money. Indoor activities offered somewhat better value, with a total of 6 activities for ₹700 per person. The activities are crash cars, infinity room, mirror maze, 5D cinema, haunted house and tunnel ride. Mostly these are gimmicks but still a better value for money.

A total waste of money for below average rides. We were charged a hefty sum for each activity at the entrance. The zip-line (a 10sec ride along a 100m stretch) was charged at ₹700. The go-cart (6-lap ride, each lap is an 8-shaped 300m long loop) was charged at ₹800. They charged ₹300 for a single indoor activity for others. It is ₹250 for a person to just enter and not participate in any activity. We saw a person take a blast on the kangaroo jump platform, and it looked pathetic. Finally we had tea from a nearby shop, which was the only really good stuff at the place. They really know to make a wonderful tea. All together, we spent about ₹3000, and didnt enjoy it at all.

It's an adventure park with lots of adventurous activities. At gate you can buy tickets according to package with loads of fun activities into it. Entry ticket was ₹250/head without any activity. In ₹300/head = entry + any one in-house activity. Restaurant, shops and other relaxing place is there. The view is awesome, staff and people are also very helpful as belong to Himachal pradesh. Due to some technical issue with network, I was enable to contact my cab driver. The staff came to me and asked about the matter and within a second he dialled his no. and solved our problem. Some rides are unnecessarily expensive. One zip lining ride cost ₹500/head.

This place is good for family outing Definitely overpriced But we just took indoor pass for my niece and my brother they both had great time Personally I liked the bungee jump and mirror maze..! Rest were all normal basic adventure rides Overall loved the place because we enjoyed the scenery too gorgeous it was 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
